Includes a 1 - 2 hour tour of the home for sale.
The walk-through will be accompanied by the homeowner, Realtor and Professional Home Stager. During the process the homeowner & Realtor will need to take notes on the recommendations that will be given regarding cleaning, de-cluttering, repairs, updating, packing & storage and furniture rearrangement. The home will need to be depersonalized with neutral décor. All In One Staging will not be providing a Summary Report, nor taking pictures of the home.
Starting rate: $225
*Homes over 2,500 sq ft will accur additional charges*

Our All In One Staging team will be working off the Summary Report / Action Plan that was given during the Written Home Staging Consultation. We will make a dramatic transformation to your home
Rate: $65/hr (min. 2 hours) and traveling fees may apply.

We will assistant you with all your decisions regarding it's wall color, window treatments, room layout & furniture placement. We will make the space everything you desired and more, in a matter of a few hours.
Why hire an Expensive Interior Designer that will cost you thousands? Give us a call & have our Experts in Redesigning work with you for less than half the price of an Interior Designer.
Rate: $50/hr (min. 2 hours) and traveling fees may apply.

We are now able to provide you a Summary Report / Action Plan on how to address each room that you need help with either Staging or Re-Designing from anywhere in the U.S.
Just e-mail us current pictures of the rooms you need addressed and we will provide a very afforable plan on how to make your home more desirable to a wider variety of potential buyers.
